SMS Terms and Conditions

SMS consent.
By opting in to SMS from THE BLACK MENTAL HEALTH CORPORATION, you agree to receive
conversational messages from us.
Consent.
You authorize TBMHC to send conversational SMS messages to the mobile number you provide.
Consent is voluntary, applies only to TBMHC, and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services.
Consent is not transferred from another person, organization, or lead source.
Message frequency. Message frequency may vary. On average, 1-2 messages per month.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. TBMHC will send one final confirmation and will not
send additional SMS messages unless you opt in again.
Help.

Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective
transmission by your carrier and network provider.
Privacy.
Mobile information is handled according to the TBMHC SMS Privacy Policy. We do not share SMS
consumer data with third parties. SMS consumer data will not be transferred to external organizations.
Mobile/SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared, sold, rented, released, or transferred to third parties or
external organizations.
No emergencies.
SMS is not an emergency service and may not be reviewed immediately. Call 911 for an
emergency or an immediate threat to safety. Do not rely on SMS for urgent medical or mental-health needs.
Eligibility and number ownership. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile
number provided and are authorized to consent. If the number changes ownership, you must notify TBMHC
or reply STOP.
Changes.
TBMHC may update these terms by posting revised terms and a new effective date. Continued
participation after legally effective notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
